VBS Crafts

I got a little sidetracked but as promised I am going to post the finished product of our VBS crafts. I thought they all turned great and the kids had a great time making them.

Here is a picture of Dustin’s truck as we prepared for concrete night. Thank goodness for a husband who is willing to help because he sure did!

Concrete night consisted of making stepping stones which was my favorite craft of the week! We used Quikcrete, water for mixing, plastic plant trays for our molds and gems from the dollar tree for decoration. I’m not going to lie it was a bit hectic and stressful but we got it done and here was the result:

The only problem I found with this project is having room to allow for them to dry.

Here are some of the other crafts we did during the week.

These adorable cross sun catchers came from oriental trading.

We also made magnetic picture frames from oriental trading and “cotton candy” from water color paper, food coloring, and shaving cream. In the mix of the chaos I failed to take pictures of those crafts but I will post the links to those crafts on another day.

Hope this is helpful to anyone currently still having VBS. Feel free to ask any questions. Hope everyone has a wonderful week.
